SLES is a clear, light yellow, viscous fluid. It is one of the most important anionic surfactants and salts of fatty alcohol sulfates.

It is an anionic surfactant that is used in hygiene products and cosmetic products as a cleansing agent, emulsifier, stabilizer, and solubilizer. 

SLES easily dissolves in water, is compatible with many surfactants, and is stable in hard water. It is biodegradable with low irritation to the skin and eyes. SLES is produced by ethoxylation of dodecyl alcohol, which is prepared industrially from palm kernel oil or coconut oil.

SLES is a kind of anionic surfactant with excellent performance.It has good cleaning, emulsifying, wetting, densifying and foaming performance,with good solvency, wide compatibility, strong resistance to hard water, high biodegradation, and low irritation to skin and eye.Widely used in shampoo, soap, shampoo, bath lotion and complex, it can also be used for spraying and the textile industry.
